I haven't seen any messages logged, and retransmission is similar
to non-mq case. Device also has no errors/dropped packets. Anything
else I should look for?

On the host:

    41 fast retransmits
    1236 retransmits in slow start

So retranmissions are 0.025% of total packets received from the guest.
