Hi everybody,

I wonder if some one could elucidate me:

My Grub stuck. It is hardware system (pc) that should start form a 128Mb Compact Flash. I copy all files from another CF that works, but even so it stuck o Grub.

The menu.Ist is as follow:

hiddenmenu
timeout 10
default 0

title VS-1_8_9
root (hd0,1)
kernel /bzImage ramdisk_size=100000 root=/dev/ram1 vga=788 splash=silent quiet console=tty2 CONSOLE=tty2 hdb=flash hdb=ide-scsi
initrd /initrd.img.gz

title memtest
root (hd0,1)
kernel /memtest.bin

- It is exactly the something that I copied everything from a worked Compact Flash, but it doesn't work from this one.

What could be wrong? Could be the RamDisk , because I have only 62.2Mb free?

It stuck on the word Grub, It stays there on Loading.

I don't know, but I saw somewhere that it needs more than copy all to the Compact Flash. It need to run Grub to take effects on CF...

I wonder if someone could help me understand this situation
