Yay! The lkml server, vger.kernel.org, is back up and running; we can all get our lkml fix once again ;)

after much waiting, vger.kernel.org is back up and running again. It went down at approximately Sat Feb 16 20:30 UTC 2002, due to "a mistake at the local firewall config".

Note that this downtime is not related to the previous one on the 15th. There's some info at vger.kernel.org.

VGER had a locally caused network constipation problem
from Sat/Sun evening, until less than an hour ago.

This was _not_ the predicted machine movement, although
this relates to the case.
