how to change color of taskbar without any type of software in xp

i want to change color of taskbar in xp. Anyone tell me how is this possible??????

ye what you can do is right click anywhere on your desktop click properties then click appearence in properties and change from default blue to silver or green...also you can use luna.ms styles

if you have an analog monitor cable you can just cut one of the r, g, b conductors to get a color change -- no software involved.
